We are excited to have our Seabury families submit content for sharing on this blog (and other Seabury platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and our website).  This time of school and community closures can feel isolating.  We want to keep our community as connected as possible!  If you are willing to share a story, a video, a picture, a piece of artwork, or other material for us to share, we welcome your submission!

Release Agreement for Submitting Material

 

Grant

By choosing to submit content (photos, videos, stories, student writing, artwork, or other media content for sharing), I irrevocably grant Seabury School (also doing business as Seabury), the right to use my image and name and/or my child’s image and name in all forms and media for all purposes, including blog articles, advertising, trade, editorial and any other commercial purpose, throughout the world and in perpetuity.   

 

Release

I release Seabury School from any claims that may arise regarding the use of my image and/or my student’s image, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity or copyright.   I agree that Seabury is permitted, although not obligated, to include my name as a credit in connection with the image.  I understand that the use of last names will be refrained from by Seabury directly.

 

Other Terms

I understand that Seabury School is not obligated to utilize any of the material that I submit. I have read and understood this Release Agreement prior to sending any content for sharing.
